Setting the time is not hard either and everything is rather intuitive. It has memory for two users which is excellent for my wife and I - and the display of your average BP is a nifty figure. Has a number of features: memory of 100 readings each for two people, "true read" mode (an average of 3 readings taken one minute apart), etc. Most importantly, it appears to be accurate within a couple of mm of mercury when compared to doc's sphygmomanometer. 3 of 3 found this review helpful: Excellent home monitoring, 2007-12-08 I was curious about the difference between my BP readings at my doctor's office (a history of high there) compared to my other monitorings (significantly lower other places). I was also interested in experimenting with relaxation techniques to see how they might affect BP and overall health. After doing my research, it was clear that the Omron line of blood pressure monitors was an outstanding choice. Recommended and certified by medical specialists and generally good user reviews. The Omron 780N3 had the memory functions I wanted, as well as offering automatic cuff inflation and averaging readouts. I got the model with the larger cuff--although there is overlap on the wrap, it is not a problem. Instructions are clear and concise. This is well worth the cost.
