The biofeedback works -- but is very expensive. The research used was limited to justify the "sales" of products not necessary to reduce blood pressure. They did not tell the entire story. Very incomplete. I know this from personal experience. I was recommended the HeartMath technique by my dentist to reduce my parasympathetic response so my major dentalwork would heal better.
